Sun Moon Lake, located in the central part of Taiwan, here is also the traditional aboriginal territories of “Thao” tribe, one of the aboriginal tribes of Taiwan.
Ridding bicycles along the cycling trail around the lake makes people enjoy the landscape from the different sites of the lake at their own pace.

The lakeshore is around 20 km around the lake. I have cycling regularly during the weekends, thus this is easy for me. I am living in northern Taiwan, thus I am not riding bicycles here often.

@PHWang Thank you for your reply. I like hiking, of course on my own pace. That trail is really interesting. When I visited Sun Moon Lake, I only walked in that area, I didn’t know there is hiking trail or I would go for it.
