Hi experts,
So apparently Google cannot detect the signal on the below highlighted route that enables people to go left or take the U-turn. Due to this, people are forced to take the longer route.
How can we notify this to Google and start showing this traffic signal?

I’ve tried that doing from desktop and app but it’s been over 2 weeks now. It’s not reflecting

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
Two weeks is rather optimistic. It could take 1-2 months easily.
You could try the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post.
My experiences with the Maps support forum are not the best, so I would recommend you hold your horses to see if your feedback gets implemented.
