Need help adding Swayam West apartments in Rajkot - keeps getting rejected

Regarding “Need Help Understanding the Reason”
Unfortunately Google will never tell us why exactly an edit or post was rejected 
However, when I see “Swayam West apartments” this sounds like a private address, which cannot be added.
In any case, when asking questions here, it may be more helpful, if you share a link to the location and possible a screenshot of what you were trying to achieve.
Swayam West is a 2 Wing 14 floors apartment, public apartment not private. it has 2 wings A and B wings.

If you are having issues with the data on Maps or with updating Maps, the appropriate place for you to seek assistance is the Google Maps community at Google Maps Community. Please make a post over there to get assistance. A Product Expert there can either help you to figure out why your edits are being rejected or can get Google involved if that is the only way to fix it.

If your issue is that your edits are getting rejected then they most certainly should have helped you over there. But just like this community, anyone at all can post there; perhaps you were just speaking to another member of the public? You generally want a Product Expert whom is Gold level or higher. Silver level are learning and can usually help.
