Hi, what is wrong with my review if is the REALITY?

LOCATION: Casa naționala de asigurări Timiș

I start to have more and more not posted reviews, please implement something which says exactly why is not good. I appreciate any kind of feedback. Thank you!

Hello @SIGILLUMDEI ,

This means that your reviews are hidden due to one or many reasons. You have published 195 reviews in total and only 187 reviews are public. Which means 8 reviews of yours are hidden.

The first quick step is, if you have added photo in your review, just remove the photo and re-publish your review. This may go to the public. At times, photo gets hidden because of certain policies as given below in the link, review also gets hidden. If this does not work follow the below steps:

  • Go through the Map Policies and also about Prohibited Contents.
  • You may have the option to appeal as it is available in some country, if you get the notification as Not posted… You can appeal for reinstating your reviews.
  • If you find your reviews complying to the policy, you may fill out the Account Investigation Form for re-instating your review. The investigation process takes sometime and if it is found okay, they will be made public.

Not every decision of the AI is good and we need to help train it. When you think you’ve had a review or image or video not published you can request a review by a human using the form found near the bottom of the post I have linked above.
