This company serves a territory and does not have a physical establishment that welcomes customers. It is obvious that the owners of this place should not know that this taxi company pretends to exist inside this gas station! Can a high-level local guide here can make the edit to be approved so that they stop deceiving people? Thanks

That is a managed business via Google My Business @Bob16 its unlikely a Local Guide can influence this entry. You could try reporting it via the Maps Support Community. https://support.google.com/maps/community?hl=en
