I’ve just arrived home from a 4 day ski & snowboard trip at Nassfeld, Austria.

I’d like to share some of the most breathtaking views of the Kartner Alps, viewed from some of the top stations.

@turaibalazs great photos, thank you for sharing them with us!

I always love looking at photos of snowy mountains and these kind of border points where the is no control.

It’s just an amazing place! Did you enjoy your ski? Did you also snowboard? It will be very nice if you add more details about your experience there.

I’ve never been to Austria but when I visit the country, I will definitely visit the Alps because I think they are just wonderful for vacation with their nature!

Indeed, these mountains always amaze me too. Fortunately all the ski resorts I have visited so far in Austria provide these breathtaking landscapes. What I really enjoy is being on top of a glacier, where there are no trees, only an endless white desert of snow.

I both practice ski and snowboard, because I really enjoy both of them, and I cannot really make a decision or take a side. And I guess both sports are great for balance and fitness. I have also posted about our unusual hotel experience in this post:

If you plan to visit Austria you will have plenty of options - both in summer and winter - for great natural landscapes and dazzling small towns. My advice would be a visit to Salzburg and then skiing in Bad Gastein!
