For stuffing:
I took two potatoes I Boiled them I after I boiled, I grilled them I kept it in bowl and mashed it adding finely chopped tomatoes ?, onion & some salt I took a separate pan I heated mustard oil I added fenugreek seeds, red chilli, turmeric & garlic I mixed it to the same mashed potatoes ?
Method:
Now because we have stuffing ready I took one capsicum I divided into two equal halves I stuffed I heated a pan I added butter & cooked each side 3-4 minutes covering with a lid I it’s ready to serve

Note: lockdown doesn’t allow us to have many ingredients at home so used whatever was available otherwise even cheese can be used.!
