I want to inform you that Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect.
You should address your query on the new Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only
Check the ‘‘get help section’’ to find the form more suitable for submitting your issue.
Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Google Moderator for granting the access to your profile.

I want to add a note, as you are mentioning the word “Client’s”. The rules about being a Street View photographer are changed, and you should not provide paid services with your local Guides Account. This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
You will have to make a choice, and decide if exit from the Local Guide program, or creating a new account for your business SVTP activity

Regarding the conflict between SVTP photography engagements and Local Guides, I already have two different accounts. I’ll look more carefully at the new rules though.

Are you still experiencing issue with the access? Did you gain your Street View badge recently? Please let me know so I can forward the information to the relevant team.
As @ermest mentioned, you must direct your queries to the new Help Center. After you enter the site, in the ‘‘get help section’’ you will find a form, you need to fill for lost contributions. Hope this helps!

I’ve been publishing Google Virtual Tours since 2012. I don’t seem to have access to the new SVT “Trusted” forum.
I’ve also been a member of GYBO for at least 5-6 years., complete with instant “verification” app priviledges ( The Verification app was recently disabled). That program was eventually replaced by Google Connect.
I think this issue stems from the fact that another moderator tried to help consolidate all of my SVT work from one account to another. In the process, I think some of the necessary authentications were lost. The exercise was intended to consolidate all of my published tours under one account, rather than scattered over two accounts. I don’t know if it’s appropriate to share account information here, so I’ll ask your guidance. What information do you require? Just the two email accounts under which I am operating?
** The bigger issue is the fact that at least one of my published Virtual Tours no longer displays on Google Maps or Google my Business pages. It’s vanished. Yes, I can re-publish it, but I’d rather see first if this is just a temporary error. I’m afraid re-publishing it might actually create more problems than it solves.
So there are two tasks:
Establish credentials for access to the Google Trusted support group.
Repair a Google Virtual Tour.

For the lost virtual tour, you will need to sign the form that I mentioned in my previous comment. For the access - I will forward the information to the relevant team and will let you know as soon as I have a response.
P.S.: Please use the tagging tool when responding. This way I am getting a notification and I am able to view your answer right away and follow up. You can do it by putting the symbol “@” in front of the nickname.

I submit the form before reading this comment. My question now I am planning to start a paid service so as I read from your post that I need to make a new account for this service. So after opening the new account I have to meet the requirement again and send request to be listed ??

I still do not see anything on the help pages that is specific to Trusted Photographers, nor do I see anything that resembles the “get help” section you’ve referred to. Do you have a direct link I can use? I’ve tried logging in with both of my accounts, and they do not appear to be any different.

Of all the forms listed, would you know which one would be the one to use for virtual tours that have been removed from a business’s page or map? There’s one for

but that doesn’t look correct. I didn’t lose any of my contributions, I don’t think. The various virtual tours still display in my SVT account, it’s just that the virtual tour does not display online?
According to the header on the form, I’m only supposed to use it if I’ve lost ALL contributions. See screenshot:

Please use this form only if you have lost all your contributions and keep in mind that unrelated queries will not be addressed.
This shouldn’t be this hard! Maybe it’d be easier just to re-post the virtual tour?

Please have in mind that if it worked in incognito mode, the problem should be in the account rather than the access. You need to be logged in in Google Chrome with your trusted account. For the second part, I will check additionally and will let you know if I can assist.
