Hi! I posted some 360 videos on Street View Studio. These videos relate to streets of Ustica, a small Italian island. I have been published for a month now, but they are still in the processing phase. Does anyone know how to know if there are problems?

Hi @gnomix some files keep processing for 2 weeks, other files never stop processing!!!
Generally, it depends on the file size ! If the file size too big ( long distance ), it takes longer processing time .
Going by my experience, I recommend you delete the files while they are being processed, then re-upload again, I am pretty sure some of them will fixed and released
