Hello,

We are a Google Street View trusted Agency.

We changed our domain and no longer access to it (email), we have different email address that we use now in uploading the 360 images in Google Map. We want to take the images/contribution from our previous account/old domain but we cant remember the email address/password/login we used there. We cant retrieve any information from our old system. Is there anyway we can retrieve or track even just see the email address we used from that account? Or is there anyway we can claim those images or download them?

Content from one account cannot be transferred to another @TheRovingAngel there simply isn’t any way to do it.

I suspect by changing your email you’ve also lost the Street View trusted as that is tied to the account.

Googler @SonyaN who runs the SV trusted forum here on Connect may be able to offer some assistance.

Its okay, but is there anyway we can get the 360 images we upload from that account? Make a copy atleast? we cant recover the email address we used to that account so we are just thinking if we can just make a backup atleast of the photos we upload.

Without having access to the account, no you cannot get to the content. The best way to get content like that (requires access to the account) is Google Take Out https://takeout.google.com/

Have you tried going through the recovery process for the account?
