Street view not working in Google Maps

I photographed a Street View (360 Degrees) using google app and published it.

It shows in my google maps as the following link:

I am facing following issues:

  1. The thumbnail is fine in laptop and iPhone Google maps

  2. In my iPhone when i click on thumbnail of street view it just opens a normal 2-D image.

  3. On my laptop (macbook air) when in Google Maps thumbnail shows street view icon but when i click on it it shows someone elses street view.

Why am i facing these issues? Please guide.

Hello @spsood ,

Can you please elaborate a little bit the issue that you are facing? What do you mean by - you see someone else’s thumbnail on your 360° pano? It will be also great if you can share some screenshots, as examples, so that we can better understand what exactly is the overall issue.
