Street View crashing when importing photos

Hello,

My Street View application is crashing when importing photos. This happens both on a Google Pixel and on a Samsung Galaxy S10+. The latest version of the application on both. Is this a known issue and are there any workarounds?

@VegarHenriksen here are some things you can try.

  1. If we are uploading many panoramas at the same time, try to limit upload to a smaller number. That number may depend on our specific phones and how many apps are running etc. So, try to upload in smaller batches.

  2. You can try to clear cache of the Street View app (assuming you are on Android), go to phone settings > applications > Street View > Storage > Clear Cache

May help

  1. If issues persists, under the Street View app, go to menu > Help and Feedback > Send Feedback

  2. Also update to the latest OS and Street View version if not already.

Thanks for the response. I tried all that prior to posting :slight_smile:

The solution was to install an older APK of Street View.

I have seen some posts about this on other forums. I have submitted feedback as well.
