I am not sure to understand your issue. Also, as you are writing in an old thread related to a different topic, can you kindly write your own post using the How tos label, and adding in there a clear description of the issue, a screenshot of the missing command on the app.
It would be great if you can also add the following information:
- Model of your device
- Operating system type and version
- Street View app version.

Please note that I have merged here your previous post.
On my reply I was asking you to share with us the details about your App and device, for helping the team to troubleshoot your issue.
In any case the basic steps to try to fix an issue are: make sure to have the latest version of the app, logout, clear cache and cookies, and logins again.
If the issue still be present, use the “send a feedback” command to send a feedback directly to the team.
The feedback will also send to the team the details about your device and your App version

As @MortenCopenhagen mentioned, there is no support for Street View on Connect. What I can suggest is that you send a feedback directly from the Street View application so the report can reach their engineering team.
