I like to post images but its a pain to search for location and tagging it to the photo. this happens mostly when i upload some street images

You may not be aware that we should not upload photos taken at random places in/on streets. All photos need to be relevant and helpful to Maps users interested in the places having a pin on Google Maps.
So we can only upload photos to existing places = pins on Google Maps.
You have uploaded night photos, group photos, selfies, photos not really showing the place, and you have uploaded quite a few duplicates. They are all uploaded against the guidelines. Removing them will help you avoid sanctions from Google.

I respect whatever you say. But to know the places we must know the route. In Hindi there’s a saying
“safar khubsurat hota hai manzil se bhi jyada”
Translation: the journey is more beautiful than the destination.
So there should be an option to tag images.
Can you please tell me if there’s an option in street view.
