Recently, I have noticed that I am no longer receiving contribution points on Google Maps, and the viewer counts are not displaying. I have waited for a week but still no changes. My photos are showing under Update tab. Also, I don’t have any option to change this setting. I’m a level 7 local guide. Does anyone have any idea on that? I have added a picture below which contain 1 image with viewer count and 1 don’t.

For contribution points - it is not true that you are not receiving contribution points. These points do accumulate and reflect in your profile.
Regarding views count - yes this is a known issue and many of LGs have reported this. The team is working for the resolution.

I’ve just made a test, and I can’t confirm the issue.
I just added a photo.
Here is my profile before adding it
When I added the photo I just received a “thank you” message that was not showing the points
But as you can see from the screenshot here below, five points and one contributions were immediately added
Regarding the views, @Kumaarsantosh already responded.
The issue is affecting all the Local Guides and the team is working on it
