I am a level 6 local guide from Northeast India. I have my own printing press. I just want to seek permission from Google if I can print some stickers and use them when ever i add a new location. I do not need any fund from Google.

In relation to your inquiry, please be noted that currently the option to use stickers can be applied only for users when organizing Meet-ups (feel free to check further in the post How to organize a successful meet-up). The Local Guides or any Google product, is a Google brand identity and is reserved for official use only, as it would also be applied to the current post, with the photo removed. (Here printable stickers, that you can check)
Please keep in mind that,since the Idea exchange is a place on Connect for Local Guides to share their feedback and ideas with our team to tell us about a way to improve the Local Guides program, the current post would be relocated to How-tos, should the category be more suitable for the main subject.
