The business owner of Sudh desi has wrongfully taken up Kristal Campus X and turned it into a grocery store from a residential layout. Kristal Campus X consists of one shop, one ATM, 5 apartment building and nearly 300 villas. It’s not a grocery store. If you look at all the photos, reviews and ratings, it’s clearly visible as to how the owners of this new Sudh desi brand are trying to take up an existing good rated place and turn it into their side for benefits and profit through publicity. This is definitely not a nice thing to do. I’ve reported this couple of times, but always the Sudh desi people are stealing Kristal Campus X. Also, Kristal Quartz II is a part of Kristal Campus X. Quartz II is one among the 5 apartment buildings. The address of Kristal Quartz II is “Kristal Quartz II, Kristal Campus X, Sarjapur Main Road, Yamare, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 562125” and Kristal Campus X is “Kristal Campus X, Sarjapur Main Road, Yamare, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 562125”.
I’ve tried contacting Google My Business through Facebook and Twitter, but to vain. If someone’s familiar with what to do, please kindly do the needful and restore it back to how it was. And also, take proper action on Sudh desi for doing such nonsense work.

Hi @AravindVNair99 and welcome to Connect!
If the information about a place in Google Maps is inaccurate, the best way to report this to the appropriate team is by suggesting an edit on the Map. Below you can find the steps how you can do that:
From a computer:
- On your computer, open Google Maps and make sure you’re signed in.
- Search for a place or click it on the map.
- On the left, scroll down and select Suggest an edit. If you’re using Maps in Lite mode, you can’t suggest edits.
- Follow the instructions.
- Click Submit.
From Android:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Maps app.
- Search for a place or tap it on the map.
- Scroll down and select Suggest an edit.
- Follow the instructions.
- Tap Send.
From iOS:
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Maps app.
- Search for a place or tap it on the map.
- Scroll down and select Suggest an edit.
- Follow the instructions.
- Tap Send.
Regarding the Google My Business team, you can reach them through their help forum called - Welcome to the Google My Business Help Community.

Thanks a lot for your time and response @KlaudiyaG .
I already tried reporting on Google Maps. But unfortunately, the change got rejected every time I tried. I’ve tried lot of times to report this fraud by Sudh Desi by capturing Kristal Campus X. And I’ve also tried contacting Google My Business on Facebook and Twitter, but they didn’t reply yet.
I’ll put up a post on the My Business forum. But is there anything else that can be done? Perhaps have a Googler look over this? According to me, this is something legally and humanely immoral. Would be happy to see this rectified as soon as possible.
Hi again @AravindVNair99 ,
I just checked the POI and it seems to me that your edit went through. The listing currently appears correctly on the Map.

Respected Ma’am
Thanks for the response. I got in touch with the owner directly and explained him the situation. Looks like he too was trying to fix it. It’s been sorted out now. I’ve also explained to him as to how to use Google Maps and Google My Business. Thanks for your time.
With regards

Thank you @KlaudiyaG @ Ma’am. Do you mind deleting this thread since the issue has been resolved
Because the said business might be affected negatively if this continues and I definitely don’t want that happening. Also I feel this isn’t worth sharing. I had tried all ways to contact Google and finally thought I’ll post here as it was the only method I didn’t try and that’s how I came here since I’m a Local Guide.
Thanking you

Hi again @AravindVNair99 ,
Is there a chance that the grocery shop that you’ve referred to in your first post is located in the same area? Because if it is, that means that the someone, most probably the owner, is trying to add the listing on the same address, because they are not aware how to properly add it on the Map. But, as the issue is now fixed, I don’t think that the misunderstanding will occur once again.
About deleting the topic, as it may help future similar cases, it’s best to leave the thread open. This is why the option “Delete your post” is no longer available on Connect.
Hope that the above answers your question!
