Stay Home Eat Healthy!!

During lockdown, I have tried some recipes at home to stay safe and to stay healthy.

Quick chaat called Tomato Slice. Ingredients are simple: sliced tomatoes, fine chopped onion, grated carrot, chutney(coriander and mint paste), tamarind paste, puffed rice(just to spread as topping).

So called Kadubu (Kannada Language). This is made during Ganesha festival in India. It has sweet and spicy version. I’m really not sure to say this in English, but in simple terms it’s

pudding. Quite a healthy recipe as it is steamed.

Pan Fried Panner. It’s my wife’s recipe. Every time we prepare this dish, it will come out better than previous. Quite spicy as we have marinated panner cubes in chutney(coriander and mint paste) then fried with chilli powder, butter(for taste) & oil. Chopped onion as a topping, gives a wow flavour with paneer.

Will post some more dish soon!! Stay connected ?
