I have 2 answers marked as solutions so far but the statistics on my profile page show 0 against “Answers Posted”.
Is this the right statistic to look up or is the page not getting updated?

The stats of solutions don’t reflect in Answers posted.
You have to count those manually by going through the solutions tab on your profile page. I can see two posts there under that heading.
Only the moderators have the privilege to see the stats of exact count in the listing below
The answers posted feature is some legacy carryover as the Connect site uses a standard template through a TP solution provider.
Nevertheless, there is a suggestion in the idea exchange to get the feature desired by you and thus avoid manual counting.
Anyway, going through the solutions page and counting these periodically remains a good pastime.

Thanks, @C_T for the much-needed insight.
I missed the Solutions tab on all previous visits to my profile page.
However, the solution numbers are the best indicator according to me on this Connect forum.
I much admire your achievements in providing solutions to fellow LSs.

Though we have to count the solutions, there are milestones at 50, 100, 250 and 500 when we receive the badges.
Wish you to see reaching there soon.
