This temple is located in outskirts of Chennai. Almost 20Km from Chennai airport. Its close to Tambaram, Selaiyur.
Goddess Lalitha MahaTripurasundari is consecrated as Maha Meru.The goddess is seated on Sadasiva who is found as a cot (Manjapalagai).Shiva Shakthi Sri Chakra Maha Meru stands four feet tall, symbolizing the universal cosmic power evolved from a single block of green granite, the only one of its kind in the world.
Outer Prahara starts with temple for Holiness Sri Sathguru Seshadri Swamigal, followed by temples for 18 Siddhars. Its a powerful temple, which give positive vibration. Gho-Sala is also present.
To my knowledge there is no other temple which has all the 18 Siddhars in one place.
This Universal temple is open for all irrespective of caste/creed/religion.
