My visit to this temple most of the time when I visit my family. It’s been the world’s richest temple. Built in 1733 by His Highness Marthanda Varma. The idol is 18 feet long coated with jaggery and can be seen only through three different doors. Through three doors you can see only a part of Him. The temple is Magnificent work. In 2002, the world came to know that the idol was not made jaggery, pure gold. This was hidden because of British Rule.Recently this temple treasure was found and this temple become the richest temple in the world. The temple is surrounded by 365 pillars which equal to one year. There is foot prints of Lord Krishna. To reach here, railway station and bus station are near.
