I started to record things I haven’t seen before when I was in New Zealand. Things like windsurfing, lighthouses, wind turbines, family outdoor yacht, fishing as hobbies, families picnic, join the sport events… really attracted me. They are not common to me!
This photo was taken during my road trip to Porirua, Wellington, New Zealand. On summer and a sunny day, locals come out for picnic, gathering and plays in the park. People who love fishing would have fishing gears in their cars. After work or studies, they would just go to the waterfront and fish while talking with others. What a life!
This is such a beautiful photo! New Zealand seems so amazing and look at that view! I really like your photo. You have a great way of showing more of the place and it makes you want to go there.
I bet New Zealand is an amazing experience. What did you like most? How is Wellington as a city?
_ @DanniS thank you my dear. I am honored that you like my photo. NZ is truly a beautiful country, especially for those who love slow life and appreciate the nature. Wellington is rather small and only charming in its own way - the windy city! It got a title of “the coolest little capital in the world” by Lonely Planet in 2013. It is rather small but it has a combination of arts, culture, history, nature: mountain lookout + big botanical garden + cable car up the mountain/houses + zoo + parks + wildlife sanctuary and of course, local life… Some part of the city has a clear line of what is called of “the earthquake fire ring”. I don’t know how to say but it is really cool! I miss “Fish and Chips” and “Roasted Duck” in Wellington the most!_

Have you met a local guide from Cambodia before me? I don’t know how to find them, my dear @DanniS ., do you know any other active Cambodian local guides here?*
Hey, dear @Sophia_Cambodia
Yes, It’s really amazing to meet new people.
Well, You are the first person from Cambodia I met here on Connect.
Most interesting thing is, I knew only a little bit about Cambodia before your comment but now, I know a bit (thanks to Google and Wikipedia )
I like the country Thanks.
You could have search or post a new post regarding searching people of Cambodia. Good Luck.
That’s wonderful shot @Sophia_Cambodia . I have a wish to experience in Yacht. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful photo with us . You are a great photographer… .
@MAHBUB_HYDER thank you, yes I was in New Zealand Nah, not that many; just Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Singapore. NZ is exceptional because I was there for two years!*
