Thank you so much for sharing this and your support @Julie_A (and all the other Googlers!) It was a blast showing the crew around. I kept adding stops and ended up pushing filming even into nighttime… I really wanted the crew to get a feel for the whole city (not just my shopping habits). 
We also stopped at a coffeeshop, got BBQ, and Paletas (ice cream popsicles). Business owners appreciate us leaving reviews more than we realize. They normally don’t know we’re there to say “Thank you!” but they are grateful.
Of course I do! I’m so sorry, is your phone still working? Maybe they’ll give you a new Pixel phone (@Julie_A I dropped my coffee cup and it spilled all over @SebaasC ‘s phone:flushed_face:

On a recent trip, I desperately needed a motorcycle rental (need, want, it’s all the same), and I turned to Maps to find an option. I found a rental shop with only 80 reviews … and all 5 stars. I was very wary of the 100% 5-star reviews, but they had what I was looking for, and I gave them a shot. I have to say, all 80 people were RIGHT. This little rental shop goes above and beyond. It was a great experience, and I proudly added the 81st 5-star review.

I found the way you approach writing reviews of businesses so very helpful - I liked the way you consider each element bit by bit. I have tried to do this but your approach gave me some other things to think about as I do my reviews.
(I also found out about the Google Maps YouTube channel that I didn’t know existed - maybe I’ve had my eyes and ears closed too long!)
