It is true that sports passion and Local Guide is my love. This story of love and passion is going side by side and giving a new meaning to my life and also helping me share my knowledge, experience, observations and learning to the world through one of the best platforms of the world, Goggle Local Guide and its Connect.
Whenever I have started contributing to Google Maps, I have started feeling myself as a guide, advisor, counselor and mentor, who is trying to bring comforts in the lives of people by showing them the true picture of different things, places and persons through reviews, pictures and fact-findings. I am also trying to make the people convenient by sharing them the lists of specific areas including best pizza shops, best public sector schools, best grocery shops, best desi food shops, etc.
With each passing day, my journey towards exploring something new every day goes on and as soon as I find something worthy to share, I share it to google maps and the most interesting thing is that my reviews and pictures are widely commended by the audience. It gives me further motivation to continue this noble work.
As Sports is my passion, whenever I go to any sports event in my city or country or even abroad, I not only cover it as a journalist but also try to pick some bests of it for google maps and share those momentous moments, images and sentiments with others. Recently while covering Pakistan Super League 2020 matches, I shared pictures of it with many people through this platform and I am more eager to cover more both for my organization as well as for google maps and Connect. I hope my journey of passion and love will go on side by side.
Moreover, my fellow local guides in Pakistan are very nice and cooperative and keep on guiding and sharing knowledge and experiences on vice versa basis. Recently, a very active Local Guide @KashifMisidia a virtual meet-up due to Coronavirus pandemic and a huge number of local guides including @SimonAndrews @OmerAli @AIMAN_SAEED and others, took part in it and through their valuable contributions, made it a very fruitful meet
