Sports day challenge ( 1st - 15th July)

I will be setting a target goal of the number of kilometres I would like to walk, run or cycle. It is a great way to get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing this challenge. The goal is 500km. I hope that some of you can join along on this journey with me and share your progress throughout the 2 weeks whether it is a small jog or a cycling marathon.
