@Luisa95 why this building is abandoned? does it has any story?
Yes it has! There are a bunch of abandoned buildings there as it used to be one of the biggest shoe factories in Romania during communism times under the dictatorship of Ceaușescu. Tons of people used to work there before 89 and after that it became a private business which failed.

It is really safe I live right next door. This town is a really safe place. I walk outside on my own at night all the time.

Depends on the buildings. If they are property of the state they cannot always be safe. These ones have private owners and they have bouncers outside during night. I am from Timișoara.

You should visit Timișoara ! it is as beautiful, cultural and welcoming as Cluj. People are great here <3
