Is this dish famous all over your country, or mainly popular in some particular areas?
Personally, I love snails! In Morocco where I grew up, snails are usually cooked as a soup, especially during winter, as it keeps warm.
@BorrisS yes I prepared the dish on my own.
Ingredients:
Snail 200 grms
1 Potato Small size Sliced
Onion Large Sliced
1/2 TSP Ginger Paste
1/2 TSP Garlic Paste
1 Tomato Chopped
3 Mathania Chilli Soaked in water and Paste
1 TSP Cumin Powder
2 TSP Coriander Powder
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1/2 TSP Garam Masala Powder
Salt to Taste
Sugar a Little
4 to 5 Tbsp of Oil

@renata1 you can easily prepare this dish at home. The red colour is of MATHANIA Chilles. You can search this Chilles in an Indian store. Not spicy ,only colour.
