Shimla is a beautiful town in the Himalayas. It is frequented by foreign tourists and locals alike. There are markets or ‘bazaars’ that spread out over any flat ground that can be found. A labyrinth of stairs connect this town. At the lower bazaar, I found myself surround by beautiful spices. The vendors kindly let me taste the spices that caught my eye. What a view for your office
