Trust, the feature is available in your region.

If yes, then please try adjusting the display size to smallest. That may un-hide the speedometer icon in the landscape mode.

@C_T and @MashaPS the feature is available in Boston, MA and very visible in portrait mode. It only hides in landscape mode.
