Mahabaleshwar is a small town and a municipal council in Satara district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is a place for pilgrimage for Hindus and well known for its Strawberry & Mulberry’s.

Famous Street Food:

Mahabaleshwar has wide variety of street food but some of the popular street food are Corn pakora, Corn Frankie, Strawberry with fresh cream, Mocktail with fresh cream(mocktail is combination of four flavors which are : chocolate, custard apple, mulberry’s and Strawberry). You can also get variety of veg and non-veg thalis that suits your pocket.

To try Mocktail with cream you have to visit strawberry D lite restaurant. You can generally get strawberry and mulberry with cream near Venna lake and Mahabaleshwar market.

I’d like to try the mocktail @Aniket_0305 . What about prices of the street food? Could you tell us more about the corn pakora?

The price of Mocktail with cream is around 185INR. But ut is worth the money.

Corn pakora is made of corn nibblets dip in thick chick pea batter and deep fried. It taste good with Mint chutney.

I especially like the mocktail that looks wholesome.

As a regular visitor to this beloved hill-station, I often read about कोंबडी वडे on way to the market.

Is the corn pakora you shared the same as the कोंबडी वडे?

Additionally, I would also suggest changing the setting to display the picture in a larger size - that would look awesome.

The Corn Pakora and कोंबडी वडे are totally different. Corn Pakora is an evening snack which taste good with Mint chutney and a cup of hot tea. If you want any non veg food in Mahabaleshwar market you must visit hotel Sher-E-Punjab or Hotel Aman (specialty in Halal food).

As told by you i have increased the size of the picture so all of you can see it clearly.
