What does the local guides program mean to you?
Google guides program to me started as a joke while navigating through a remote village in Kampala-Uganda.
I was so amazed by the level of accuracy of the google guides maps, furthermore backed up by brief photography of the place and its surrounding, this prompted me to search further more about the local guides program and how it operates.

Fast forward I joined local guides community and I made sure my friends and the world at large has a glimpse of the places I have been to, because am always traveling and my goal is to see my community and so many people discover new places and use google maps so often as a special navigation tool, to connect to different points of interest and extending services.
therefore; the local guides program is like an opportunity for me to work voluntarily towards helping people discover and meet their needs of travel and related business, thus am glad to be part of few local guides creating a change in my society through doing things uniquely.
