It looks super tasty @SusChat , I’m still only getting familiar with a small part of the Indian cuisine. This one is new to me!

Is it coriander I see there on top? I’m also curious if this is considered a dessert or a main dish?

@MortenSI - yes it’s coriander. It’s not main dish. You can count it as dessert but it’s little bit salty. But tastes yummy.

I’ve never tried a dessert with coriander before @SusChat , but it sounds interesting!

The Indian culture is a new world to me but one that I’m so eager to experience, and I’m sure I will one day. When the time comes I will be trying as much Indian food as I can get my hands on.

I enjoyed your interesting post about Dahi Vada @SusChat . So is it a dessert? You are right, India one country with many different languages, many different cultures and many different foods but I didn’t know that there are many different religions there!

Thanks for the links @SusChat . So primarily Hinduism and 80% which is as high as I expected.
