Hello Amazing LGs I feel happy to announce my first ever LG Meet-Up. With this, I am really grateful to Google for creating such a platform for explorers like me to contribute to the society. “Vanishing the Spams in Google Maps” Google has created the virtual encyclopedia which assist every human on this Earth for numerous reasons. I have been using Google Maps since a decade or so which makes my journey easy. But at times, it happens for me to roam and roam a particular place using the assisted directions with no success. I remember such unsuccessful wandering in Goa, Hatgad and Bombay. The purpose of hosting this meet-up is vanishing the Spams as placed by users for my hometown and building Spam Free Google Maps by removing; 1. Irrelevant Details, Photos and Videos 2. Misguiding Reviews As a member of the renowned Local Guide Community, I request you to allot time to conduct the meet-up helping Google Maps to be the best assistance app for everyone around the Globe. This meet-up is a part of Unity Walk (initiated by @rajuroyal ) having its mission to make Google Maps spam-free and update the correct information. While reporting such spams from a long time, I’m eagerly waiting for your approval to add more transparency to Google Maps while connecting LGs through the globe.
