They create many businesses, but each one spams keywords into the business name, causing unfair competition among other legitimate businesses. This also causes damage to businesses using ADS services. Many businesses have reported this company, but sometimes they get support, and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they get support from experts who report and rename to comply with policies, but the next day they continue to spam and change names to include keywords.
Currently, their map is violating the rules. The signboard name is “Nấm 18”, but now their Vietnamese business name has been changed to “Shop Bao Cao Su, Cửa Hàng Đồ Chơi Người Lớn - Nấm 18 Gò Vấp” and the English name is “Mushrooms 18”. I hope the experts here will forward this case to the GBP support team so they can handle it and restore justice for other businesses. Thank you.
