Roti is part of North Indian meal. Please try south Indian food whenever you get a chance.

You should try Idly, Dose, biriyani, Veg meal etc.

No, roti is not Indian national food but now Khichdi considered as national food because it will be prepared most of states in Indian with different names.

In India, each states has it’s own tradition, culture and food so it is hard decide what to prefer.

I am from South India and I prefer spicy and masala south Indian foods :yum: :yum: :yum:
