I’m Toygar from Istanbul in Turkey.
I am a videographer and director. I like travelling. I travel a lot because of my work and I take videos, photos and timelapse videos with my professional camera with me wherever I go.
I spend both time and money traveling. I am now saving the places I traveled and the roads I went. I’ve traveled to many places in Turkey. When I was a student, hitchhiking was a travel style for me, I have traveled many place and met many different people. Now sometimes I travel by hitchhiking.
On a hitchhiking trip with my friend, the driver asked us where are we going. He said “I will take you there”. We were trying to go to the bay, with following the road signs. Suddenly, when we looked around, we realized that we had lost the road.
We stood in front of a house in a roadside village, asked a person in the garden how we could go to the bay. “Did you come with the signs?” he said. The way of that bay is a bit difficult.“I wish you had gone there from Google,” he said. We looked at each other and laughed.
Sometimes road signs can take you to the wrong places, but Google takes you to the right place.
