My latest discovery Is that you can get pure African dish right here in America. Just scouting around for a place to cater for our Celebrate Africa Worship at First Baptist church Duluth Georgia and I came across Kingsway Restaurant. Their meal is amazing.

In Indonesia, it’s called fried chicken fried rice.

Wow!
In Nigeria, it is called Jollof Rice and the other is Fried Rice. What you have there is fried chicken and chicken spiced up with sauce. It is commonly eaten by all and it has a great supply of carbohydrates. It is actually a very nice combination at parties.
