Someone changed my profile

I used google map maker in 2016 and created my location in google map since 2016 and my business name is “Kottakkal arya vaidya sala near kodakara” but someone changed my name to “Kottakkal arya vaidya sala near civil station kodakara” and changed my location to some other places, and removed my phone number and location. And also when I check in Google Business profile I can’t able to see this business.

Now I contacted google business and they informed that my Business will list under this page

But I can see this only when I hit URL directly and if i manually type this business name its showing other persons business

How can I recover it back.

Also I have some other business “Vaidyasala Kodakara” now i need to edit my website name and some other details this also I used since many years, but this also not isting in Google Business profie.

How can I able to do these changes.

You appear to be owning a business.

The Connect forum is for voluntary local guides. One can’t raise any business related queries here.

You have to take up the issue in Google My Business.

Now you can manage a Google My business listings also through Google Maps app, if you are logged in with the correct account. Do you have a different account for managing your business? If so, you just need to switch on the correct account

I am using Google map app and My Google business app with the same credential.

While checking on that the Business which was in the GMB (used since 2016) is showing over there(these created using scrapped tool Google Map maker).

Ok. In this case, you should contact GMB, not the Local Guides, for an help, @sankarmu

logged out of all profiles then only logged into the profile I wanted to use.

no chance for confuckumalation of wrong profile…
