Hi all, I tried to remove it using edit and suggestion so many times, after “Pending” then it shows “Not Applied” can someone help me?

I am sorry about your experience, however we need to better understand, as what appear to be an unfair situation can simply be the result of a wrong edit.
- In the business listing, is your phone number listed, and people call you to order, or do they order at the restaurant and collect (wrongly) from you?
- The restaurant really exists, but at another address?
If so, the correct thing to do is to fix the wrong information, not to remove the Business listing. If there is a digital evidence that the place exist, it will be extremely difficult to close it. Please read Suggest edits or closure of a place to see how many different edit can be made, and the right thing to do can simply be to move it on the right position, or remove the wrong phone number.
If you think that the place has been created on purpose, to disturb you, you can report a legal issue, as you can see on the last position of the options in the list here below

Hi @ErmesT , thank you for replying, place doesn’t exit, this is a private residential area, there’s no such an address. but it pointed to my resident(with wrong address) and there are no phone or other details in the information. even once i made a complaint no one replied to me . it’s been almost 1 year. no one didn’t remove this place.

If I understood clearly, your home appear in Maps as a take away restaurant.
There are no contact (phone number) in there, but just a name and an address. And the people come to your address lucking for the restaurant. Am I correct? If so, the place should be removed selecting “doesn’t exist here”, and adding a photo to show that there is no businesses at the address, as I explained in my previous reply.
Which kind of option have you used to remove the place, @mrbirdy88 ?
@ErmesT Yes you’re correct. I used “Doesn’t exist here” option and “Offensive and harmful or misleading” option several times. but I didn’t post a picture with it.
@ErmesT I have added pictures and reported, but google didn’t remove it. any other options? I’m really tired of this.

Restarting again with a new thread about the same subject will not help to fix your unfortunate issue.
On your previous post, were I am merging also this one, you received several indication, including my last reply a few minutes ago, and I tagged a product expert for going deepest in the analysis of the issue. Please continue in the same thread
