Some unknown places in St-Pete

Possibly everyone knows St-Pete in Russia for it’s beautiful sightseeings.

But I would like to present you something you possibly missed - courtyards and roofs of St-Pete.

Because if you do not enter courtyards in St-Pete - you will never visit:

  1. Mosaic Gallery - right in the yard:

  1. See Wall Art - em… all kind of wall arts:

  1. Feel yourself in Greece, France, Egypt or Arabia:

  1. See the yard where all Soviet films about Sherlock Holmes were made:

  1. If you’re lucky and the citizens will allow you to enter - see the doorways inside. Some of them are really state of the art:

  1. Play chess with Alice in Wonderland:

  1. Know the exact temperature and pressure as well as time ))

  1. Visit the famous R’n’R bars as well as “Kamchatka” - the place where Viktor Tsoy worked:

  1. See the famous “St-Pete yard’s sky” - I really think it should be some part of art:

  1. To see the hanging passage in yard - too bad it is in bad conditions now:

And of course - the roofs…

All center of St-Pete consists of the building with almost the same height. Also the roof is made of steel - so when rusty it is not slippery and quite fail-safe (if I can say it in this case).

It makes roofing quite easy so if you are brave enough and you know where to enter…

St-Pete is really beautiful. I love not this city - I love this city’s soul.

I really hope you will feel the same.
