Hello everyone, I am a level 8 local guide with more than 300 reviews on Google. I recently found I rated some restaurants and hotels, but I can’t see the reviews that I rated through the incognito mode page and my friends’ accounts.
What’s going on with my account? Could anyone please help me solve the problem?

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 269 reviews and only 256 of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Please read Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, make a reply to request your account also be investigated.

Thanks for your response and explanation.
I have reviewed all of my reviews, especially recent reviews, and no reviews violate the guidelines.
However, especially for five reviews published recently were hidden, how it’s going on?
But thanks for your suggestion, I’ve made a reply to request my account be investigated. Will they reply to me?
It is an AI system, so you will not get an explanation as to why your reviews were made private,
When one of the Moderators sends your profile for a check they will let your know. After that you should just keep checking now and then to see if your reviews go public.
