It combines shopping facilities, a soccer stadium, a basketball arena, restaurants, and a hot spring and hotel.
Visitors can enter the stadium even when there is no soccer game.
You can usually relax in a seat to watch the soccer game or have lunch for free.
A paid stadium tour will take you into the players’ locker rooms and close to the stadium lawn.

For beer, there is a brewery inside the stadium where you can drink freshly brewed delicious beer.
There are two hot springs, one is a free footbath and the other is a paid hot spring.

You cannot watch soccer while bathing in the hot springs, but it is very unusual to have them in a stadium facility.
They can watch the game from their hotel rooms, restaurants, and swimming pools.

ショッピング施設、サッカースタジアム、バスケットボールアリーナ、飲食店、そして温泉やホテルが一体化した施設です。
ここはサッカーの試合がなくてもスタジアムに立ち入ることが出来ます。
通常サッカーを見る席でくつろいだり、ランチをしたりすることが無料で出来ます。
有料のスタジアムツアーに参加すると、選手のロッカールームやスタジアムの芝生近くまで入ることが出来ます。
ビールはスタジアム内にブルワリーがあり、出来立ての美味しいビールが飲めます。
温泉は2つあり、1つは無料の足湯、もう1つは有料の温泉です。
温泉に入りながらサッカーを見ることは出来ませんが、スタジアム施設にあるのはとても珍しいです。
ホテルの客室やレストラン、プールから試合を見ることができるそうです。
