As a local guide I love sharing pictures about our community, known by locals as, “the AV” (main cities Palmdale and Lancaster, CA). It stands for Antelope Valley, a small desert community about 70 miles north of the infamous city of Los Angeles.

Many think poorly of our community, but I see alot of good here (kind people, unique small businesses, yummy eateries, great family events and more).

It’s my joy to share why AV is a great place to live and visit as I go about my daily business.

I believe what you focus on grows. I choose to focus on that which brings joy. #localguidesconnect

Hehe great story @KimJoy when I first saw this pop up I thought, uh-oh some spam triggered by the name seeming like a company but instead I was pleasantly surprised to see a great community story from a cool Local Guide.
