Thanks for sharing your photo with us! Snapseed is a great editing tool for mobile photos and I use it myself as well. I’m curious to know which tools you used to this photo to achieve your results?
I like to just enhance my photography and keep it as natural as possible, meaning I don’t use filters too much or the heavy HDR as it becomes unreal.

I’ve altered warmth and brightness in Snapseed - for this pic. And yes ! as you told, too much of HDR would make it artificial
