So like most guides, I love to travel and indulge myself on local cuisine. I always make it a point to eat like a local…they say the best way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. So, I figured it’s a fast and straight path for me to love the culture, gastronomically :).
When I’m home in my city and dining at new places, I deliberately like to order the lesser requested items on the menu - in one part so I can experience something new. The other part is so I can get some great food shots with my iPhone X and share something unique on both maps and Instagram. The latter was probably prompted because most eateries here don’t have websites and their menus are not available online. I also want to know what else the eatery offers aside from the most famous/demanded foods before I visit.
A new drive I set for myself a few weeks ago - to help local eateries claim their businesses online and publish their menus and pictures of all their meals and amenities on maps. Nothing beats content coming directly from the source.
