Wow @Sazzad39 , everything look so amazing on your grill, thanks for tagging me @AngieYC . =)
As a good Brazilian I love barbecues, it’s like a religion for us. Every free time that we have, we gather friends, put the beers to freeze and meat to grill.
I can see a lot of chicken on your grill. Is it the most common meat on your barbecues? Is there any special spices that you normally use? I can see a guy with a brush on the photo.
this was last winter., my friends told me to arrange a bbq party on roof top. me and my wife arrange a party for 10/12 people. that was the clebrating for welcoming winter. in other country bbq hapens in winter but in a summer base country like bangladesh we usually do bbq in winter. winter is a festival in Bangladesh.
@AngieYC thanks for your warm comments. No its not in a restaurent. I did make it by my self…Thanks once again for giving me the tips for using connect. i will folow next time. take care.
@FelipePK thanks for your good comment buddy. i just love bbq not just to eat but also as a cook.i love your bbq stand man. the majority portion of the meat was chicken because some invited people is beef allergic… i use normaly 30+ ingredients to make this bbq… trust me the taste is like heaven…but you have to know handling of the spice otherwise u cant eat this may be it would be hot, or pungenced or bitter or sweeter or spicy.
Wow @Sazzad39 , 30+ spices? That’s very impressive.
Normally, we only use coarse salt on our barbecue. Sometimes we also make a different sauce that we brush over the meat.
@FelipePK the man behind the smoke brushing the meat is me … I would love to share the list of ingredients or spices i used. Some of those are very common and some of them are traditional
