Since I began my life as a traveler, it has become inevitable to compare our hometown with others. I live in a relatively small town, although it is a capital city, with approximately seventy thousand inhabitants. When I come back from my travels I often exalt the quality of the city I was when I say how beautiful and fun my city is. I always want to make it clear how happy we can be anywhere, from a village to even a big metropolis.
The google tool has enabled me to show to the world, from my vision, how beautiful my city is. Today, instead of telling just one social circle about everything we have in my beautiful Cuiabá, I can say to a huge network of travelers. And I’m thankful for that.
If many more inhabitants of my city could contribute as a local guide, we could certainly strengthen our tourism, which is not so good, and thereby improve our economy even more.
What I mean is, the local google guides came to meet what we needed to strengthen our local tourism.
