Hi, I’m from india, currently i’m on level 8 and keep posting, sharing, facts, information and everything which make google map famous but all this hard working google give us very small reward. I’m working hard to give correct information regarding place which i am visiting.

instead of this reward if Google reward us with t-shirts or backpack which is more valuable than this one small reward.

Hopefully this time, this reward reach to me because in my country it is very common to lost easily from general post and since there is no tracking system then it must be, it will be lost again like last time google rewarded one pair of socks to me when i was on level 6 which is i can’t ever get it neither there is no any complain or help desk where i can complain about my lost reward to recovery.

My apologies for your lost rewards in transit. That goes to say it’s not a fault of the local guides team/Google. That’s probably long-time ago and can’t be redeemed anymore.

Incase of subsequent issues of lost or other issues about rewards,you can always write a post of complaints on connect on the “How tos board” .

Some of the moderators available could then escalate it or provide any other necessary help to recover or replace. If you search the forum,you’ll find a good number of posts to that end.

I have faced this issue a lost reward as well once and got it sorted out. That goes to say it’s not particular to you. It’s a general issue.
