small chops is basically made with flour, butter, egg, milk and sugar (for the puffs) and then there’s samosa, spring roll and masa(marshed plantain), chicken and sometimes gizzard. The reason we love this combo called l small chops is that they are tiny bits, very savory and easy to eat unlike the main food we get served at parties. Some people don’t even mind not eating at a party so long there’s small chops and there’s cocktail or mocktail
