I love that small businesses have the ability to generate buzz and profits by utilizing reviews on google maps. As a small business owner, I directly benefit from google map reviews, and find it beneficial to let others know how my experiences with small businesses went. If you have integrity and work hard your efforts can now benefit exponentially because of the review based system consumers use to decide where they will spend their money.
